Withings invented the smart scale. BodyFit enters the market competing directly with Hume Health on credibility, data quality, and ecosystem depth. The product is strong. The challenge is communicating why it is worth $200 to a cold audience seeing it for the first time.
The main site was built on custom Magento and a full revamp is not realistic right now. What Withings needs ahead of this launch is a high-performance paid ad infrastructure that sits in front of the existing site, built specifically for cold traffic and designed to educate, build trust, and convert before a visitor ever reaches the main site.
Paid ads are starting in a matter of weeks. The funnels need to be ready before the spend goes in. This proposal covers exactly what we build and what the ongoing plan looks like from there.
BodyFit is launching without a dedicated paid funnel stack. We build that from scratch, purpose-built for paid traffic.
The product does a lot. The funnel needs to communicate the right things, fast, to the right audience.
$200 for a scale needs a funnel that builds perceived value before asking for the purchase. That is exactly what we design for.
The timeline is tight. We move fast and build to a clear brief so pages are ready when the spend goes live.
The way we structure funnels, three core landing pages can be mixed and matched to create five distinct funnel paths. Each page is built as a standalone HTML file, custom coded, no Replo dependency, compatible with your current Magento setup and ready to survive the Shopify migration unchanged.
For the first three pages, we are working to a clear brief: replicate the structure, format, and conversion logic of three proven reference pages, rebuilt entirely around BodyFit. No guesswork on format. We are modelling what already works.
A long-form sales page replicating the structure and conversion architecture of gruns.co/pages/nutrition-support. Rebuilt around BodyFit with custom copy, Withings branding, and BodyFit-specific social proof. This format is designed to carry cold traffic through education and into purchase without relying on the main site.

A conversion-focused first-order page replicating the layout and offer logic of gruns.co/pages/first-order. Stripped down, single-focus, built to move someone from ad click to purchase with minimal friction. Rebuilt with BodyFit copy, pricing, and offer structure.

A product-led landing page replicating the structure of humehealth.com/pages/hume-band, your closest direct competitor. We rebuild it for BodyFit, using it to draw direct comparisons, address the price objection, and position Withings on data depth, accuracy, and ecosystem. Designed to intercept traffic already aware of Hume.

The 3 pages above combine to form 5 distinct funnel paths depending on traffic source, creative angle, and audience temperature.
The goal of phase one is not to find a winner on the first try. It is to establish a baseline, ship fast, and generate real data. From there the process becomes a repeating loop: build new funnels, identify what hits, then layer A/B testing on top of proven winners. At some point it tips from pure funnel production into a mix of net-new pages and iterative optimisation on the best performers.
Copy, design, and HTML/CSS development across three landing pages. Pages are custom coded and ready to host anywhere, with no dependency on Replo or any other platform.
After the first batch, we continue shipping 3 new landing pages per month. New formats, new angles, new audience segments. We keep this cadence going until one or more funnels clearly starts pulling volume.
When a funnel is performing, we have 2 gears. We can maintain the 3-per-month build rate while layering A/B testing on top of proven pages, or reduce the new build cadence and put more focus on iterating the winners. We figure out together what makes the most sense at that point.
The end state is a funnel ecosystem built on real performance data, which also gives you hard evidence to take into internal conversations about broader site-wide CRO investment.
Shivook operates on flat-rate pricing. You know exactly what you are getting and what it costs before anything starts. No hourly billing, no scope creep conversations, no surprises.
The timeline is tight and the build can start quickly once there is a green light. If there are any questions or anything to align on before moving forward, we are happy to jump on a call.
